As an Instructional Designer at Vishwakarma University, VU Digital, my involvement extended to the production of video content for e-learning courses. I played a crucial role in training faculty and industry experts for on-camera lectures, orchestrating on-studio floor video shoots, overseeing post-editing work, conducting quality checks, and uploading the final product to the LMS.
A renowned social work institute took the initiative to launch a mobile app aimed at reducing stress in teenagers and equipping them with skills for emotional maturity.
I was involved in video content production as an Instructional Designer, where I played a pivotal role in facilitating conversion of educational content into dialogue based screen-script for shoot, training faculties who presented the content.
I conceived the idea, authored the script, directed, and produced a short educational film titled "Time Zones of the World and GMT Concepts" for the 24th All India Children's Educational eContent Competition (AICEeCC), hosted by the Central Institute of Educational Technology (India).
Even though I did not win a prize, I am very proud of my initial endeavor as a filmmaker.
I was appointed as a Lecturer at Eduauraa, a digital learning platform owned by Eduauraa Pvt. Ltd., an ed-tech company. My role involved delivering on-camera lectures for 3D-animated, video-based learning content designed for school students.
The lectures were delivered in a distinctive style, with animations to be added during the post-editing process.
Since launching my YouTube channel in 2016, I've attracted over 12,000 subscribers globally and amassed an impressive 866,704+ views with just 15 training videos. I've been a pioneer in online training within the specialized fields of Travel and Tourism, securing a strong presence ahead of the surge in online education.
My content has been integrated into various colleges and institutions, serving as a valuable resource for travel and tourism training.
I personally script, present, and edit all my videos to ensure impactful learning experiences, which has led to higher-than-average audience engagement. Additionally, I've developed a comprehensive playlist for both in-class and online training in world tourism, facilitating an effective and captivating educational journey.
In 2018, I was appointed as a Consultant for the Arshiya Foundation to design and develop instructional methodologies and content for the 'Essential Life Skills Development Program.' This program, aimed at underprivileged children from minority groups aged 6 to 16, concentrates on vital life skills and has garnered positive feedback from its participants. The instructional methodologies I created and the facilitation I provided empowered trainers to conduct effective training sessions, thus adhering to the established in-class instructional standards.
In 2013, I was appointed as a Consultant for the Pratham Education Foundation, tasked with content development and leading the 'Employability Skills for Young Adults' course. My focus was on the Life Skills module, which was customized for four specific career roles: automotive technicians, medical assistants, construction workers, and hospitality professionals.
I created and applied an instructional approach that combined storytelling with activity-based learning, which successfully engaged young adult school dropouts and increased their confidence to utilize their skills in their selected careers.
I developed bilingual content in line with the organization's strict guidelines and quality benchmarks, which gained approval and was translated into various Indian languages, becoming the standard training material distributed across multiple states.
I also led training sessions for trainers, improving their teaching techniques and significantly enhancing the educational experience of the learners, contributing to the resounding success of the training initiative.
In 2015, I was appointed as a Content Developer at S. P. Mandali's Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research to design question banks for MBA course assessments, specializing in Travel and Tourism. My role involved creating multiple-choice questions that were aligned with Bloom's taxonomy and the syllabus, ensuring a balanced difficulty level.
