12+ years building practical learning experiences for students, professionals and aspiring travel-industry talent.
From IATA classroom training and university education to course design, digital learning and one-to-one coaching, this is where my
Learning & Development journey began.
My IATA and professional training work focused on more than subject delivery—it was about building capability. I designed and facilitated practical learning experiences for students and professionals, combining industry context, structured instruction, assessment readiness and individual coaching to support confident workplace application.
Across university, vocational and management education environments, I adapted industry knowledge into structured learning experiences for diverse learner groups.
My work increasingly extended beyond facilitation into curriculum development, assessment design, project guidance, faculty coordination and learner mentoring.
Across academic, professional and digital learning environments, I consistently looked beyond lecture-led delivery.
I used stories, real-world cases, projects, activities, assessments and individual guidance to help learners understand concepts, apply them and build confidence.
As my training practice evolved, so did the way I delivered learning. I moved from primarily classroom-based facilitation into video-led, online and technology-enabled learning—translating the same principles of structure, engagement and application into new formats.
The technology changed; the learning principles remained the same — clarity, relevance, engagement and application.
My transition into Instructional Design and corporate Learning & Development was a natural evolution of my training career. Years of working directly with learners gave me a strong grounding in engagement, facilitation, assessment, coaching and practical application.
That foundation later expanded into curriculum design, digital learning, stakeholder collaboration, learning-process design and corporate training—allowing me to move from delivering individual sessions to designing structured learning experiences at scale.
Today, I bring both perspectives to L&D: the practical understanding of a facilitator who has worked directly with learners, and the structured thinking of an Instructional Designer focused on scalable, business-aligned learning.
